Patty Prime’s Completely Unnecessary Backstory (Very Short, Promise)

Once upon a time, a food blogger went on a soul-searching journey through Eastern Europe, their childhood memories, and a confusing divorce — all to explain why pork was added to a pan.
Patty Prime finds this unacceptable.
You’re hungry.
You want meat.
You want cream.
Let’s fix that immediately.
🍖 Creamy Carnivore Pork Stroganoff
This carnivore-friendly pork stroganoff is rich, comforting, and dangerously easy to make. No flour, no mushrooms, no noodles — just tender pork in a creamy, savory sauce that feels indulgent without the baggage.

🧾 Ingredients
1 lb pork loin or pork tenderloin
2 tbsp butter or ghee
1 cup beef broth or bone broth
1 cup heavy cream
Pinch of salt (to taste)
Pinch of black pepper (optional, not strict carnivore)
🔥 Instructions
Slice the pork
Cut the pork into thin strips or slices so it cooks quickly and stays tender.Melt the fat
Heat a pan over medium heat and melt the butter or ghee until shimmering.Brown the pork
Add the pork to the pan and cook for about 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned and cooked through.Simmer with broth
Pour in the beef or bone broth, reduce heat to low, and let it gently simmer for about 10 minutes to build flavor.Add the cream
Stir in the heavy cream and continue cooking until the sauce thickens to your liking.Season and finish
Add salt (and pepper if using), cook for another 30 seconds, then remove from heat.Serve hot
Preferably with a fork. Possibly straight from the pan. Patty won’t judge.
🥩 Patty Prime’s Carnivore Tips
Pork tenderloin = leaner, softer texture
Pork loin = slightly firmer, more “meaty” bite
Bone broth adds depth and minerals
If sauce gets too thick, splash in more broth — this is cooking, not chemistry
